Blue Orbs in the Rain

Friday, June 18th, 2010

That rain is falling, the blue orbs of energy are flowing.  The thin door and the mailboxes keep on rusting.  The island to nowhere just is sitting there.   Holding that umbrella high and waving to a loved one on a train platform.

The whole world just seemed to take a pause to pull out heir collective umbrella and in vain try to keep dry.

I must sound like a broken record, it seems to rain so much, and it isn’t even officially the rainy season yet.  The is a beauty to the rain.  It cleans the town, it makes the grass, trees, so green, and then there are the wonderful umbrellas that pop out at the first sign of rain.

Bang, bang, Click CLICK….

here we go, again, again.

There is a place on the other side of the Fifth Dimension, where umbrellas fall from the skies.  Rain bounces across the heavens, and puddles are the links between the two.  However, for me, in the meantime, I will continue to wander the streets of Tokyo, and look for those hidden leaks.

Rainy Day Blues in Nishi Funabashi

This short series was shot the other day in the rain while walking back to Nishi Funabashi Station.  Cold, wet, and water rolling off my umbrella.

Rainy, Abstracted Monday

The rain, or should I say typhoon weather has hit Tokyo.  It has been no stop raining

since last night.  I wanted to go out for a wander, but the weather says otherwise.  I guess

I will head out tomorrow.

In the meantime.  I am feeling unrealistic, I am feeling distracted, a bit abstracted.
