Clear and Windy after Typhoon 18

Yeah, I know, how creative to name the Typhoons just as a number.  But thats what is done here in Japan.  The storm wasn’t that bad, and was over in a few hours.  No real damage in my neighborhood, so I decided to head out around and see what was to be seen.

I went just one station away in Nishi Kasai and cruised around, trying not to loose my hat.  The wind was still quite fierce and trains were still stopped.  I had wanted to go into to Tokyo, but that wasn’t going to happen today.

So, I had to make due with the local scene, and take it from there.
